Criminal Minds: Suspect Behavioral Unit is an American police-procedural drama that focuses on the work of a special unit of the FBI's Behavioral Unit known as a Red Cell.  They operate outside of the law and report direct to the FBI director.  It is a spin-off of the main Criminal Minds show.

Its so bad its unbelievable.  The actors are pretty poor and do not work together.  It actually risked damaging the main Criminal Minds show as well.
